Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

For all events, we recommend that you book at least three months in advance to ensure that you have your preferred date.

What locations do you service?

We generally service any area in Dayton, OH and its surrounding areas but may make an exception to other nearby areas in Ohio.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes! We require a 50% retainer fee at the time of booking to hold your event date which will then be deducted from your invoice balance, the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event date. Retainer fees are non-refundable

What is your refund policy?

In the event of a cancellation, Arriane's Event Designs will retain the non-refundable retainer fee paid at the time of booking to compensate for missed opportunities. If it may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as an Act of God, Illness, Death, etc. It may be negotiable. If we are unable to provide said services on our behalf then a refund in the full amount will be issued to the client.

How do I get an event estimate from you?
